What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter supports up to 15 employees and includes all core features. Pro supports up to 80 employees and adds the AI Assistant, which lets you schedule staff, create tasks, and post announcements using natural language.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You'll enter your credit card at checkout, but you won't be charged anything until day 8. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. After the trial, billing starts automatically on your chosen monthly or yearly cycle.
What happens if my team grows past the limit?
You can upgrade from Starter to Pro at any time from your settings. We'll prorate any remaining time on your current plan.
How does the yearly discount work?
Choosing yearly billing gives you 10% off the monthly price, paid as one annual charge. Starter drops to ~$17.99/mo ($215.88/yr) and Pro drops to ~$31.49/mo ($377.88/yr).
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your settings at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
